Daily Schedule

The following classes are available on a drop-in basis. Please arrive at least ten minutes early for your first class. Bring your own yoga mat to all yoga classes. Mats are available for sale and may also be rented for $2.00/class. Also, please bring a hand towel to wipe up perspiration and to place over bolsters and blankets.

We are continuously reviewing our class schedule and making adjustments based on requests and demand. Please check back often for updates.
