Please pre-register for all workshops. Why Pre-Register? Pre-registration for workshops is necessary because class space is limited and workshops often sell out. Additionally, workshop instructors often travel from out-of-town and pre-registering helps to ensure a workshop meets minimum enrollment requirements. If you are not pre-registered, please call the day of the workshop to check availability.
Yoga mats are needed for all workshops and available to rent for $2.00. Mats are also available for purchase starting at $29.
Progressive Workshops
Progressive Workshops run for many weeks in a row and are progressive. This means that each week builds upon the skills learned in the previous week. Progressive Workshops are a way for committed students to progress systematically and intelligently, quickly growing their practice. Training poses as homework are often suggested to help students strengthen underused muscles, stretch overused ones, and focus on challenging areas. The same students are in class each week, so the group grows together as a whole. Missed classes can be made up by attending any class on the daily schedule by the end of the workshop.
